Complete the Trail Coalition. Over a 100 people came out for the walk to get a feel for where the new Schuylkill River Trail will be going in South and Southwest Philadelphia over the next couple of years. Bartram's Garden path is one of the fortunate segments that will receive TIGER funding, awarded on February 17th by US DOT.
