Breaking Ground Conference Focuses on Livable Communities

On Wednesday March 17th The Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission hosts Breaking Ground. A one-day workshop designed for local planning partners, practitioners, developers, and decision-makers on creating livable communities.














NJ Senator Robert Menendez and HUD Deputy Secretary Ron Sims are scheduled to speak at the opening plenary session. Breakout topics of discussion will include Creating Livable Neighborhoods, Green Infrastructure and, Linking Philadelphia Communities to the River.

Admission is $75 plus there is an addition afternoon session on reinventing commercial strips with Conservation Planning Advocate Randell Arendt ($25).
