In Which The Philly Media Catch You Up On Tuesday's Bicycle News

Tuesday the Greater Philadelphia Pedestrian & Bicycle Summit took place, capped off by a much-anticipated evening forum on bike share. During the day vendors who run bike sharing programs in other cities showed off their wares in Rittenhouse Square.

UPDATE: the original version of this post incorrectly identified the summit as happening on Monday. It happened Tuesday.

All this is well and good, but what I really want to know is what does Stu Bykofsky think about bike sharing?

You really should have more coverage from the Philly Bike Summit. I expected to be bored and to be lectured by "experts" that don't understand bike planning as well as I and that was DEFINITELY NOT the case!

Bravo DVRPC on putting together a top notch educational summit. Superb!
