Support Parks and Recreation's Budget With A Timely E-mail This Weekend

Our friends at the Parks Alliance are waging an outstanding campaign to get $8 million restored to the Parks and Recreation Department budget.  All of us who use the trails and parks for biking, walking, picnicking etc. should weigh in.

How can you help? Send a short email letter to all Council members and Mayor Nutter asking that the $8 million be restored. Send in an email quickly, as budget negotiations are underway and the more Council and the Mayor hear from the public, the more likely they are to do something for Parks and Rec.
