First Public Meetings for the Central District Plan

The first of the public meetings for the Central District Plan will be held at two different locations, providing two opportunities to attend.

The Central District Plan is one of 18 District Plans that will guide Philadelphia's physical development.  The plan will make recommendations for zoning changes, city-owned land and facilities, and public investments.

The District Plans are a part of Philadelphia2035, the City's comprehensive plan.  The first step was the City Wide Vision, completed in June 2011, which set forth broad citywide policies and goals.  The District Plans apply to the Citywide Vision locally.
