Sign design Contest For The 58th Street Connector Trail Project

A new bicycle and walking trail is being developed along 58th Street in SW Philadelphia and new trail signs are being installed as part of the project and the Southwest Community Development Corporation is holding a contest for a neighborhood logo to go on those signs!

If interested, please submit the following:
• Your name and contact information (email/phone number)*.
• Your concept for a logo. Please describe your idea in as much detail as possible (you may want to submit a basic sketch or photo).
• A few sentences telling the Design Selection Committee why YOUR logo should represent Southwest Philadelphia.

58th Street Greenway

A 1.5 mile multi-use urban trail segment of the East Coast Greenway that links historic Bartram's Garden and the Schuylkill River Trail to the Cobbs Creek Parkway through Southwest Philadelphia. The project has been designed with extensive community input whereby residents worked with planners and engineers to define the route and several community amenities.
