What are the results of the police investigation regarding the cyclist who was struck and killed by a person driving an SUV on Umbria St. on Saturday, August 21 in broad daylight?

If the driver received a traffic ticket what is the Coalition doing to protest a case of vehicular homicide?

What actions have the Coalition taken to make sure this doesn’t happen again?
