The city will be installing 500 more bike racks under the Adopt-A-Rack program. This time you can suggest a location using an online form. There is a catch though-you have to have permission from the property owner in front of the location and you have to promise to maintain the rack (see the form). If you have that then you're golden.
But act fast, the deadline for submissions is March 31st.
