Thanks for the "streetscape improvements" PENNDOT

Route 413 in Bristol has just had a major makeover, the road has been widened from 3 lanes to 5 with sidewalks and a 4 foot shoulder. Local officials have been touting this project as a revitalization project.
What we got was an extremely wide road that makes it impossible to cross the street. And while the shoulder does improve bicycle access, the dozens of curb cuts (commercial driveways) and high speed turn lanes improves bicycling only marginally at best.
