Do you have opinions and like to text them at people/institutions? Whelp, this opportunity is right in your wheelhouse.

You may have seen these posters at bus and trolley stops in West Philly. The Philadelphia Planning Commission, through its Philadelphia 2035 project, is soliciting public input on bicycle improvements as it finalizes its University/Southwest District Plan.

This input, in their words, "will guide Philadelphia's physical development by making recommendations for zoning changes, city-owned land and facilities, and public infrastructure."
