This Wednesday, Come To Our First Combination Volunteer Night & Philly Cycling Committee Meeting

Hooray for volunteering!
With yesterday's announcement of The Circuit, it's an exciting time for us trail advocates, and we want to share our enthusiasm with you! Towards that end, we are combining two regular monthly events around here into one nutritious, 2-hour energy drink of information.

This upcoming Wednesday, join us for a combination volunteer night and Philadelphia Cycling Committee. At this 2-hour session we will train volunteers interested in helping out in the upcoming months, and also give you the lowdown on the latest news and issues concerning bicycling in Philadelphia. This month's topic, naturally, is regional trails.

Wednesday, June 6th
1500 Walnut Street, 2nd Floor Conference Room
6:00 - 8:00 pm
RSVP and questions to: steve@bicyclecoalition.org

Come to make new friends, get insider information about Philly cycling issues, and learn about the different ways you can help make your bike ride better!

UPDATE: the volunteer training is happening from 6:00 - 7:00. The discussion of regional trail issues will happen from 7:00 - 8:00. Everyone is welcome for every part of this, and already-trained volunteers will find the trails discussion helpful for cementing talking points and getting a handle on how we're going to be talking about The Circuit in the months to come.
