Join Mayor Nutter, Congressmen Fattah and Brady and Councilman Jones on the Art Museum steps tomorrow morning for National Bike to Work Day. Come at 8:15 with your I BIKE PHL tshirt for a group picture on the steps. At 8:30 the ride to City Hall kicks off.
