Philadelphia's Ped/Bike Plan Update



The Final Draft of Phase 1 of Philadelphia's Ped/Bike Plan will be presented to the Planning Commission on Tuesday, October 19th at 1pm at 1515 Arch Street, 18th Floor.  This will be the first public unveiling of the final draft of the plan's policy recommendations and proposed bike lanes for half of the City.   You can read more about the plan at the Bicycle Coalition's website. _____________________________________________Phase 2 of the Ped/Bike Plan will focus on the North and Northeast and West and South West Philadelphia neighborhoods.  Two meetings for North Philadelphia are scheduled for:
Monday October 4, 6:30 PM at: Coral Street Arts House, corner of Coral and Hagert Streets  
Tuesday October 5, 6 PM at: Lawncrest Branch Library, 6098 Rising Sun Avenue (at Benner Street).
Wednesday, Oct. 20, 6:00 PM, Wynnefield Branch Library, 5325 Overbrook Avenue
Thursday, Oct. 21, 5:00 PM, Kingsessing Branch Library, 51st Street between Chester and Kingsessing Avenues

Do you know if there will be any presentations in West Philly for this, or just in the Northeast?
