Bike Cabs Permitted to operate in Old City

Bike Cabs will finally begin full service in Old City this weekend. They can now operate through most of Center City with the exception of Society Hill. Bike Cabs are still prohibited on certain streets in Society Hill. Since July the Streets Department has continued to grant access to more streets and more hours.
