Streets Department Crews Plowing Bike Lanes

We often cite road crews for plowing snow into bike lanes but this shot taken from a Streets Department truck this afternoon proves that at least some bike lanes are being plowed. This is the bike lane on Torresdale Avenue in Northeast Philadelphia. Thanks Streets, keep up the good work.

Uhhh, looks to me like they plowed room for a lane of traffic, that just happens to encompass the bike lane. The tire tracks are within the bike lane, and there is certainly not room for a car plus a bike side by side. I'm not sure this is a great example of plowing bike lanes, but rather an example of ignoring the lines on the street.
