Lower Merion police identify driver in hit-and-run

Lower Merion police have identified a 75-year-old woman they believe is responsible for a hit-and-run accident July 15 that injured a 13 Year Old boy on New Gulph and Morris Road in the township. The boy suffered from head injuries but is now recovering at home.
