Yes I have seen them around town from time to time, like this one at 2nd and Race, but it took this wonderful article on the PennLive website to learn that the hand made Haley Tricycles are built right here in Philadelphia.
Their basic model even comes in under $1000.

Well, I'd love to bike to Philly to check out the trike, but can't. Today, Sunday at 12:30 PM, I was biking from NJ to Philly to shop and check out the Chinese New Year. I get to BF bridge and find that the North walkway is STILL shut due to "weather or ice/snow". Geez. Way to maintain a vital bicycling link, DRPA. I ended up turning around.
