Chief's Town Hall Sessions Offer An Opportunity For Traffic Safety

Chief Ramsey's Town Hall Session will offer an opportunity for Philadelphians to tell the Police to enforce traffic safety laws. Motorists routinely threaten bicyclists and pedestrians, drag race, run red lights, talk freely on the phone and speed without any fear of being caught. Chief Ramsey has set a goal of a reduction of 100 murders in 2008. How about setting a modest goal of reducing 50 traffic deaths in 2009?
