SEPTA's New Customer Service Chief Is A Friend Of Cycling

Great news for SEPTA bike passengers. SEPTA Bus Operations Chief Kim Heinle has been promoted to Customer Service Advocate reporting directly to the General Manager.

Kim has been our chief contact at SEPTA for the past 7 years and was instrumental in getting the SEPTA buses to be 95% bike rack equipped. We have also been in discussions with Kim about a pilot project aimed at mitigating bus bike conflicts in bike lanes in University City. He is also a former board member of the Clean Air Council and commutes to work via Commuter Rail.
