Bike Lane Update

The Streets Department has responded to the numerous complaints about bike lanes not being replaced in kind after resurfacing:

Walnut Lane - The contractor for PennDOT has not finished placing the
pavement makings on this street. The plans that were given to PennDOT have
bike lanes shown for this street. The contractor still has a lot of
markings to install on various routes.

Bartram Avenue and 84th Street - Route 291 was relocated to Bartram
Avenue. We had to establish a share the road condition on a temporary
basis. We will be looking at haw we can re-establish the bike lane in this
area.
