Smart Cards for Dummies?
It seems logical that the City of Philadelphia would develop smart cards for parking meters instead of their transit system (e.g., Metrocard). Hmm making it easier to park would encourage more cars to enter the Central Business District, right? A better use for the smart card? Try Copenhagen's Smart Bikes
